It hasn't rained in a few weeks, which has made harvest go so well. Although we're getting to the point where we could use a little shower, it's been such a blessing to have a wonderful harvest time, especially after last year. Even though we miss Brandy with his long long hours, we'll get him home that much sooner. Although please pray for all the farmers as they are working long hours with lots of machinery.
Last Friday we went to our local {very fun!} pumpkin patch to celebrate the season with some friends. Yesterday, Jaden's preschool class went with the "teachers" {aka Moms}. Jaden is in a preschool co-op this year with 5 other kids. The moms take turns having it at their house.
My "Pumpkins"!
Summer is 3 & 1/2 feet, unless you add her pony tail...then she's a lot closer to 4 feet! *smile*
The straw bale chicky...
Puppies and Bunnies!
I was holding this sweet bunny for the preschoolers and some of their siblings to pet...
Summer wanted to hold the bunny in the worst way. I knew they could scratch, but I let her anyway...
So cute!
Till she got scratched up pretty good!! The bunny snagged her lip {so that bled a bit} and scratched her cheek. Not fun!
But then you should have seen myself and a friend try to catch that bunny she dropped! Wow, now that was comical! So glad we were inside a large cage or that bunny would have been gone. But to get it back into it's small bunny cage was not an easy feat!
Jaden's preschool class...
Kiddie Corn Maze
Our Daddy's a farmer, and yet we never seem to get pictures by corn. Here's our chance, even if the model didn't want to cooperate...
All the kids got to pick their own pumpkin...
Happy Fall Y'all!
